Together with Kay Whyte Bell a Signs of Safety consultant and trainer from England we represent ELIA – Home of Signs of Safety in our work with the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto (CAST). We are jointly leading the implementation of Signs of Safety at one of North America’s largest social services agencies, an organization with over 800 employees.
